Summer game in doubt

The annual Summer scrimmage is in doubt, and the beginning of training camp may be in peril as the road hockey courts are closed for maintenance.

With the roadsters itching for some game action, construction crews are patching cracks in the aging concrete and resealing the playing surface that has been the home to Sunday Morning Road Hockey for the past 15 years. The nets have also been removed while the work goes on.

Crews were first spotted at the courts two weeks ago. It's unknown how long the maintenance project will take.

Geez, those bots are insidious. Gonna shut down the comments for now.

Seems we've been botted...

Anyway, I'm itching to play. Looking forward to whenever we do get it started.

That's both terrible and great news. It would be nice to get the courts fixed, but it better not cut too far into the season.
